A DRESS SHAPED AROUND YOUR DEVOTION

What goes into
a custom poshak?

Poshak is the attire offered to a deity. A custom poshak brings the garment’s fit, fabric and decorative work into one design brief.

Our work includes dresses for Shri Krishna, Radha Rani and other deities. Tell us which deity or group you are dressing and whether you need a single garment, a complete outfit or coordinating pieces for a temple or home worship space.

Choose from silk, satin and cotton, with zari work, sequins and beads according to the design. Share a colour, a motif or a photograph of an outfit you admire; we can discuss how the details might work with your deity’s size and existing ornaments.

for each dress.

EVERYDAY WORSHIP

Daily poshak

Start with the way you dress your deity each day. Discuss the garment shape, fabric and lighter decorative details, including which accessories you will reuse.

A SPECIAL OCCASION

Festival poshak

For Janmashtami, Navratri, Diwali or a special pooja, bring your preferred colours and motifs into one brief. Tell us the occasion and confirm the available schedule directly.

COORDINATED ADORNMENT

A complete look

Consider the dress alongside a mukut, mala and backdrop. For a Radha Krishna pair, share each deity’s measurements and discuss how the colours and embroidery should relate.

HOW TO BEGIN A CUSTOM POSHAK ENQUIRY

A photo.
An idea.
A conversation.

You do not need a complete specification to get in touch. Share what you know and ask us which measurements or references are needed for your chosen outfit.

Start your poshak enquiry
01

Tell us who the dress is for.

Name the deity and the pieces you need. After opening WhatsApp, you can attach a clear front photograph and a photograph of an existing dress that fits well. For Radha Krishna or a larger group, identify each deity’s details separately.

02

Discuss the fit and the design.

Share any measurements you already have, with units and the points measured. An idol’s height or a shop’s size number may not describe the garment’s fit. We can discuss the relevant lengths, fabric, colours, embroidery and accessories for the proposed design.

Prepare your measurements
03

Confirm the quote and arrangements.

Explain the occasion and any date you are working towards. Confirm the proposed pieces, dimensions, decorative work, price and timing directly before placing an order. If you are outside Vrindavan, share your city and ask about the arrangements that can be made.

What to include in a quote request

A USEFUL FIRST MESSAGE

Bring the brief
into one place.

Include the details you know.
Leave room for the questions you have.

  • The deity’s name and whether you need one outfit or a coordinated set.
  • A photo of the deity and any current outfit, sent in WhatsApp after opening the conversation.
  • Measurements you already know, labelled with inches or centimetres.
  • Your preferred colours, fabric, border and embroidery references.
  • Any mukut, mala or backdrop you would like to coordinate.
  • The occasion, your requested date and any budget you want us to consider.

BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

Questions about
custom poshak.

Practical answers for planning your deity’s attire.

Can you make poshak to my deity’s measurements?

Our custom deity dresses are made around the deity’s size, fabric choice and design. Share the measurements you have with their units and a clear photograph. We will discuss which further dimensions are needed for the proposed garments.

See the measurement guide
Do you make Radha Krishna poshak?

Our work includes attire for Shri Krishna and Radha Rani. For a coordinated pair, share photographs and measurements for each deity separately, and identify the garments and accessories you would like to discuss. The fit and design should be considered for each outfit.

How much does a custom poshak cost?

A useful quote needs the garment list, deity measurements, fabric and embroidery brief. Send those details to ask for a quote for your design. Confirm the included pieces, total price and any additional charges directly before placing an order.

Prepare a quote request
What if I do not know the measurements yet?

You can begin with the deity’s name and your idea. After opening WhatsApp, attach a clear photograph of the deity and, if you have one, an existing outfit that fits well. Tell us what you already know and ask which measurements to take. Do not guess a complete size from a photograph or a shop’s size number.

Can I enquire about poshak for Janmashtami or another festival?

Our festive design service includes Janmashtami, Navratri and Diwali attire for temple and home worship. Mention your occasion and requested date in the enquiry. Confirm the proposed design and available timing with us before placing an order.

Explore festive designs
Can the dress coordinate with my existing mukut and mala?

Share photographs of the accessories you intend to keep and identify the colours or decorative details you want the dress to complement. Tell us which pieces are existing and which you would like included in the design enquiry.

Can I enquire from outside Vrindavan?

You can start a conversation by phone or WhatsApp and share your city. Discuss the measurements and design remotely, then confirm the available arrangements for receiving the finished pieces. The enquiry itself does not confirm a delivery service or completion date.

Can a current poshak be redesigned?

Our restoration and redesign service includes restitching and embroidery enhancements for existing deity dresses. Share photographs, explain the condition of the garment and describe the changes you have in mind so the work can be discussed.
